Thanks for the post. Really good to see great results with Bowen on psychosomatic disorders like PTSD. I am studying Dr. Sarno’s take on TMS and Dr. Schubiner’s MDS with regards to mindbody emotional/physical pain link. I am a Bowen Practitioner myself combining Neuro Linguistic Programming and Hypnosis with the Bowen Technique to help mindbody disorders. Have you been using Mind Body Bowen approach to help with PTSD? All the best, Martina

    Hi Martina,
Thank you for your comment. I have seen so many interesting things with Bowen. I had a client forget to mention he had broken both his legs as a child, who suddenly remembered when I ‘hit the lat’. Also a woman who fell down a drain and was guarding her body extensively as a result. Third session she remembered falling down a drain as child in the war. So even the accident iself repeated itself. John Sarno’s work is very interesting isn’t it.
